Returns

Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Applicable in situations where items are not in their original condition or are returned beyond the 30-day window.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product:

- Process: Once approved, send the defective item back following the return instructions provided. Upon receipt, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
